Stephen Stewart is the Founder and Chairman of Ore Group, a private natural resource consortium dedicated to the discovery, development, and advancement of metals projects. He also serves as Chairman of several public companies, including Orecap Invest, XXIX Metal, American Eagle Gold, Geiger Energy, Mistango River Resources, Metal Energy, Auriginal Metals and Awalé Resources.

Beyond his corporate roles, Stephen is the Founder and Chairman of the Young Mining Professionals Scholarship Fund, the largest mining-focused charitable organization supporting education in mining engineering and geology. He also founded YMP Toronto and the YMP Global Group, helping to build a global network for the next generation of mining leaders.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and a Master of Science from the University of Florida.

Charles is a P. Geo with over 30 years of experience in project generation, business development, exploration chemistry and hands-on project management. Charles previously held the position of General Manager of new business opportunities with IAMGOLD Corporation from 2008 until 2009, after having spent nearly 17 years in various capacities for Noranda-Falconbridge-Xstrata, including as country manager of Brazil from 1996 to 2001 and manager of the Frieda River Project from 2005 to 2006. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Geology from the University of Ottawa and a Masters of Geology from McGill University.

Mr. Bahnsen has over 35 years of experience in mine operations, company restructuring, company leadership, and providing strategic and corporate finance advice to listed and private resource companies globally. During his career Jason has worked with resource companies in multiple countries including Canada, Australia, Indonesia, China and the UK. Mr. Bahnsen holds a B.Sc in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University, Canada and an MBA from University of New England, Australia.

Mr. Mansfield is a Vice-President, investment professional with Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. Mr. Mansfield has 20 years’ experience as investment advisor specializing in the Canadian venture market working both on the private and public investors and companies. He has a track record of successfully taking public over a hundred of companies through the completion of qualifying transactions by Capital Pool Corporations and secondary financings. Mr. Mansfield graduated from the University of Calgary in 1989, articled with KPMG and obtained his CA designation in 1993 and CFA designation in 1998.

Colin brings extensive experience in business development, operations, and stakeholder engagement. He has been actively involved in project development, transaction processes, strategic growth initiatives, and has successfully founded and exited private businesses. Colin has worked with BC Hydro on capital infrastructure and stakeholder engagement initiatives and is a member of the Cook’s Ferry Indian Band in British Columbia. His regional knowledge and stakeholder relationships are expected to support the Company’s ongoing activities across British Columbia. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science from York University and has completed certificates in Mining Law and Indigenous Peoples and Canadian Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
